I am new to music creation

I am planning to buy Steinberg's basic software bundle: Studio Case. I will also purchase M-Audio's Ozone, Shure's Beta 87A, Sennheiser's HD280 and an XLR to XLR cable.

Is this simple setup enough to start me composing music?
Am i missing anything vital?
