While locking out my girlfriend from the studio Mac I've gone and locked myself out by forgetting my password.
Short of putting the drives in another machine and re-installing the system (I don't even kow if that works) is there any alternative? I actually don't mind except I'm locked out of Pro Tools, the very reason I was using Multiple users in the first place! This is urgent, so if anyone can help please do so ASAP. MT |

does it boot?
if not try also to reset the PRAM (multiple user can be bypassed depending your version, mac...) if not the only solution is to have another bootable CD (system CD, norton CD, bootable backup made b4 ;) etc...) -------------------- Soif, MacMusic Webmaster
