Hello folks...
I own a Fostex D-108 hard disc recorder, and I am now working with a friend who uses pro tools on his Mac. I'd like to connect my Fostex to Protools and dump song data back and forth, take my Fostex home, add some tracks, bring it back and dump the new files to his protools system.
I believe this is possible, but can someone tell me the best way to go about it? I want the metronomes in each unit to remain synced, of course!
Thanks for any help given!

Thanks a lot, that really helps and seems quite easy. As far as the actual transfer of recorded data, should I do that by actually putting one unit into record mode and simply record the tracks where I want them, or is there a easier/quicker way to load/save the data in some sort of bulk dump?
