Impossible to connect midi applications on the system Classic 9.2 ?
Nothing is working in midi, nor OMS, Band in the Box, Cubase 5.0, nor Reason, nor Protools for 9.2, nor..... There is simply no way to get midi connected on the Classic....? Some body has any idee? . or should I defintly rebuy all the applications for OSX ? Thanks for answering Classico (vous pouvez répondre également en français ) |

Thanks a lot, for those confirmations. Merci infiniment.
I should have got that, when I realise Cubase 5.01 is also not working in Classic, as well as Ouverture from Cake walk, Protools and of course OMS...... Musicians, don't lose time with Classic 9.2 !! So , everyone getting the last G4 bi, OS 10.2.3, wiht Classic 9.2, should forget about running midi in Classic. On the 10.2.3, MIDI works only with a sound card, for example digidesign. Even Steinberger midi modem, won't work. No update before the autumn. Whatever, the incredible investment necessary, to pass on syst 10.2, and the restricted compatible applications, there is a progress. Protools and Cubase,at least, are better, faster, more simple, and nice designed. |
