Hello,

I have a standard G4 400.

I was just wondering if it is possible to record the output of the sound card at a software level (without connecting the soundcard output to the sound card input).

e.g. If I have something like a game running I wan't to record the sounds at a software level (because if I connect my soundcard output to the input I have no place to connect my stereo amplifier).

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!

Hello,

I have a standard sound card that came with my G4 400 and will be using Digi001 with ProTools. Has anyone used the Digidesign drivers available from the site to route audio from reason or other applications to an audio track in ProTools. Does that mean that if I have midi tracks in ProTools and am using an IAC Bus to get my sounds from reason, I can use the Digidesign drivers to record my audio from my midi tracks as an audio track in Pro Tools?

Thanks everyone!

I sill can't get Aiff Writer to with ProTools. Any ideas?
