 Delete Files/ableton Live, Error Number 50? |

Anybody know what it refers to ?
I get it while unsuccessfully trying to use the delete file option in Ableton Live. Ableton said I was the only person they knew of with the problem, they requested a file that is created on program install which I sent but was of no help....I really bugged (!?) them for an answer before I came here..
I trashed prefs and reinstalled already. Glad I don't have to do a system install, it doesn't happen with anything else no, although no other software I use tries to perform that particular function (sending to trash from a browser), apart from Logic 6 which I have ordered and await with baited breath. I looked up "error - 50" on the Apple site and it says "error in user parameter list" which is of not much help to me I'm afraid.
