 Upgrade From Cubase Sx3 To Cubase 5? |

Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone here has made the switch from SX3 to Cubase 5 via the upgrade? Is it a better designed/running DAW? Is it worth my while getting the full version or is an upgrade version alright? Thanks for any help

I'm thinking here is "problem" or difference between man and woman, plus and minus, ect... Cubase4 had all necessary plug-ins, missed in 1- 3... and Cubase5 have more quality for professional piece of art, if we talking about results... anyway, NOT SOFTWARE DO THE MUSIC !!! ???
