Hi,
I've just bought a new MacBook, and been thoroughly enjoying using it for many things, but since last week the fan has been on practically non-stop. Of course it eventually stops when I put it to sleep, but within a minute or two of use it's back on again. This is a problem if I want to use it to record audio, and as a music workstation. I'm thinking of taking it back while the warranty is still valid, but I'd rather not now that I have all the things I want installed on it. My iBook's fan didn't come on nearly as much, and I used it the same amount. If anyone can help, I'd appreciate it. |

86% of the CPU on a macbook? It must have been something that crashed in the backyard… Most services don't use that much CPU, if they do, they are in a loophole.
Now I don't know what it is either… -------------------- Our Classifeds • Nos petites annonces • Terms Of Service / Conditions d'Utilisation • Forum Rules / Règles des Forums • MacMusic.Org & SETI@Home
