Bonjour,

(tiger).
Vous avez déjà vu ça?

Merci!

Mbox Firmware Updater v22 for Mac OS X and Windows XP
January 31, 2007

For original Mbox on Mac OS X (PowerPC or Intel-based) and Windows XP.
Not for use with Mbox 2, Mbox 2 Pro, or Mbox 2 Mini.

From the Mbox Firmware v22 Read Me, included with the downloads:

What's Fixed With Mbox Firmware v22?

Mbox Firmware v22 includes the following fix:

Fixed: Random White Noise Bursts When Using Mbox (Item #74553)
This issue has been reported on PowerPC and Intel-based Macs when using Pro Tools LE or Digidesign CoreAudio with the original Mbox.
While Digidesign has not seen this issue on Windows systems, a Windows version of the firmware updater is also provided.
Mbox with firmware version 22 can be used on either Mac OS X or Windows XP systems.
Who Should Use This Update?

Mbox Firmware v22 is provided as an interim release to address the issue described above. Only Mbox users that experience this issue should use Mbox Firmware Updater v22. While our testing has not shown these changes to introduce other problems, this version has not been fully qualified by Digidesign.
Firmware Update Instructions

To update your Mbox firmware from a PowerPC or Intel-based Mac:
Download the Mbox Firmware Updater v22 for Mac OS X to your desktop, open the disk image, then quit all open applications.
With your Mbox connected, double-click on the Update Mbox Firmware v22 application.
Follow the onscreen instructions:
1) "Click Start to download firmware."
2) "Please disconnect Mbox from USB."
3) "Please reconnect Mbox to USB."
4) "Click Start to download firmware."
5) Wait until the updater has finished, and displays "Download complete. Please disconnect Mbox from USB."
6) Do that, and after the updater displays "Finished.", click OK to close the updater.
To check your Mbox firmware version, go to the Apple menu > About This Mac > More Info, which opens the System Profiler. After the firmware has been updated, it will show up in the System Profiler > Hardware > USB > Mbox USB Audio Device as "Version: 0.22".

To update your Mbox firmware from a Windows PC:
Download the Mbox Firmware Updater v22 for Windows XP to your desktop, unzip the download, then quit all open applications.
With your Mbox connected, double-click on MboxFirmwareUpdater.exe
Follow the on-screen instructions:
1) "Click Start to check your current firmware version and begin the firmware upgrade process."
2) "Current version of firmware is 20. Press Start to erase the current firmware and begin the upgrade to version 22. Press Cancel to exit."
3) "Please disconnect Mbox from USB."
4) "Please reconnect Mbox to USB."
When you reconnect the Mbox, the "Found New Hardware Wizard" will appear. Ignore this.
Next, a "Hardware Installation" dialog will appear. Click "Continue Anyway" on this dialog.
Both the "Found New Hardware Wizard" and "Hardware Installation" dialogs close and the updater displays "Downloading..."
5) Wait until the updater has finished, and displays "Please unplug and replug your Mbox."
6) Do that, and after the updater displays "Mbox reprogramming is now complete.", click OK to close the updater.
Compatibility

It is only necessary to update your Mbox firmware using the firmware updater for either Mac OS X or [Plus]

C'est tiré du site de Digi, tu vas dans Support technique, puis PT LE, puis mBox et tu arrives sur cette page avec le lien pour télécharger le nouveau firmware… Ceci dit, je ne sais pas si ton problème est lié à ça. A voir donc, bon courage…

Merci. rolleyes.gif
