I'm currently using Cubase SE as my sequencer and I'm wondering which is more flexible for mastering...Bias Peak LE or just bouncing the mix down to a stereo .wav and using something like T-Racks in Cubase?

I'm open to other options, as well.

It is common to consider that either way would be flexible enough. Cubase is well fit to handle mastering tasks, and T-Racks is a well respected mastering tool. You might want to chenk out articles on the web regarding mastering in your DAW, like the one at http://www.tweakheadz.com/mastering_your_audio.htm or, of course, SOS archives at www.soundonsound.com. Good luck!
