Si je me plante pas, les toutes dernières versions de logic gèrent directement les fichiers recycle

Logic 5 with Rex Appeal
August 20th 2002

Using a Rex2 file is a smooth way to create grooving, realistic drum parts without recording or playing them. A Rex2 file is generated from an audio loop that has been beat mapped, sliced up, and saved with a playback script, including original tempo and timing information, as a single integrated file. Once imported into Logic, individual beats and phrases of the original groove can be reordered and quantized. It is additionally possible to alter the playback tempo and timing of the groove without affecting its pitch. Logic 5 lets you drag and drop Rex files into the arrange window, which makes assembling Rex file-based tracks a snap.

The EXS 24 is also able to import REX files and will automatically keymap the Rex audio slices and generate MIDI data on the EXS24 instrument track, accurately reproducing the original audio loop on playback.

With the added flexibility of the Rex file format, Logic users take now take full advantage of the many Rex libraries available — for example, those you can find at www.emagicsamples.com/emagichome.html.

Enfin bref c'est directement supporté.

Par contre j'ai pas essayé.
