Pro Tools Le Metronome, A friend has it and she can't seem to get a click track going

Is there anyway she can get a click track going while she records audio through headphone plugged into her Mbox? I don't use Pro Tools and I would really like to help her move forward. I think I saw she's using 6.4 if that makes any sense? Please help me help her!! LOL!!
