Have you all seen this beautiful machine? IT'S a fucking digital mixer/interface thru a FIREWIRE for ProTools OH YEAH! I'm about to throw this MBox in the trash, and I'm wondering if this 002 will be an awesome upgrade. It's pricey, but might be worth it.

It's a fine audio & control surface, but i was a bit disapointed by the faders quality (way behind the ProControl ones, just to compare) and the fact there is neither jog/shuttle, nor wordclock input, or "real meters". But the system is very comprehensive, and offers quite a lot of goodies (standalone mode, meters around the panpot, MIDI, etc.). Bye. |
