Hi Kristian
Do you know anything more about that 10.4.8 firewire issues? do you have a link to any more info? I had not heard that, but just did downgrade to 10.4.7 because my presonus firebox was dropping out all the time in logic 6.4 when in 10.4.8 - I guess I am not alone! Thankfully I had made an apple software restore compatible disk image clone of my boot partition just before updating, so after a boot into my backup 10.3 system, a few terminal commands and a 20 min wait, i was back in 10.4.7. Man, apple has been being sloppy lately - for example in iTunes 7 they broke some applescripting commands that break scripts I often use and have not fixed them, despite the release of 7.0.1... best, Vid -------------------- -Arvid •• Squish the Squid Productions, Modest Machine
