I need help. What's an easy-to-use loop sequencing software comparable to "Fruity Loops" for PC?

I use fruity loops, Reason 2.0, Live 1.5, and Arturia Storm 2.0... Live shouldn't be lumped in with these, so I won't address it. Storm is more like Reason because it has no VST support. Fruity Loops has VST support which makes it very versatile. That said, Reason is the best one as far as sound quality is concerned and is simple to use. Storm is $99, which is its main draw. Reason and Storm come as hybrid discs. Fruity Loops is PC only. I would go for Reason 2.0 first and Strom second if you can't afford Reason.
