I have a track with an english voice and another with a Spanish voice of the translation. When I bounce the I cannot separate the tracks in two channels.
i am making an audio master for a DVD productions and I have to have the english in one side and the Spanish in the other.
I have tried to bounce in stereo interleave and in mono-summed, at the levels that the DVD authoring tech. has asked me to do it
English -18.2 Spanish -6.4
Anyone has an idea of how to do it.?
Thanks a lot
Cristina

when it export finishes I get 2 files: one for English and one for French. Is it maybe because I have PT 7 and you PT7.1?

i think you got two files because in the Export Selected window you chose (Multiple) Mono instead of Stereo;
so, dont forget to select the Stereo option before exporting it;
no, i dont think PT 7 is much different from 7.1;

Also, I don´t know what you mean by opening PEAK

PEAK is a sample editing software, i used this to listen to the result file;

What kind of file is SDII? I have only worked with AIFF files. Could I give an SDII file to a DVD authoring technician?

SDII is the Digidesign audio sample format; you can also choose AIFF or WAV, ask your authoring technician which one he prefers.
