Hey guys, I'm new to the forums so hi to everyone! I'm planning on buying Logic Pro for my recordings for vocals and I was wondering if this program lets you tweak up your recordings for the best sound quality you could get. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Yes, it does. Happy now?

Check the Logic pages on the Apple website (apple.com). That tells you everything you need to know.

Please bear in mind that for "the best sound quality you could get" you'll be better served by third-party plug-ins. Better compressors, better EQs, better reverbs, better limiters, etc. There are many, many such products to choose from. You might take a look at Metric Halo, Universal Audio, TC Powercore, PSP Audioware, Waves and others like 'em.

The Logic stuff is good, but it's not the be all and end all.
