Hi - this is my first post here - i've spent some time reading threads and searching for the information i need but i cant find it so here is my first question !!

I need to record some audio from an external source into my Mac. Im running OS 9.2, Reason, OMS, Sound Edit and I have Peak but dont really use it. I have acquired a Formac studio box. It has stereo inputs and the documentation says it can capture audio but i have no idea how to do it ? I need to get audio from a 4 Track portastudio and a minidisc recorder. I've tried selecting the formac as sound input but none of the software seems to see it...

Please Help !!!

thanks in advance, Dazwah sad.gif

The apps you are using are looking for an audio interface with an ASIO driver.

You should be able to choose the Sound Manager ASIO.
