Could someone please help me?
Something went wrong with my Classic environment. Now every sound played back via a Classic (OS 9) application (whether it be old games like Unreal, Deus Ex, AvP in Classic Mode (OSX version works fine), or QuickTime 6, or Absynth...) is 70% too slow. (=a tritone too low). Since OSX, I have lost track what Classic files could be responsible for that and where they might be located. Can anyone help me out?? Many thanks in advance... Thanks, Arvid, but my output is already set on "built-in" and the problem affects all Classic applications.
I suspect some vital file got corrupted somehow. I was just having a nostalgic phase and played some old (OS9) games. It happened between two runs of Unreal and I thought it was the game that was broken – reinstalled it completely and then noticed that every Classic application behaved like that. M:A: |
