did a seach in this forum
for cubase ans audio units but the only article was in la francais alors, je ne suis pas un cretine complete mais i could not understand it is there a converter available which will let me use audio units in cubase a verrrr old tiresome question? if so sorry! |

Man....if you gotta handle on Cubase, go with it. It is right on up there with all the cool DAWs. I found it a little complex & went on to a couple of other apps. Just some feedback on Ableton Live 5. I love it but I have to work REALLY hard to keep from crashing it. It is pretty tough on the ol' CPU & you have to be aware of what you are using & what it might do to your computer. A couple of times I was using some pluggo piug ins & the CPU load was getting up around 65-70 percent & then I changed a parameter in the plug in I was using & all I saw was that little "wheelie thing" spinning & it wouldn't stop & I couldn't force quit, I just had to hit the power button & restart. Thankfully, Ableton has crash recovery. I also understand Logic is a little less tough on CPU as well.
