If you record a song using a Garage Band loop, and try to commercialise (ie send it to record companies as a demo) it, are there difficulties with copyright?

Thanks everyone for the feedback!
I try to use the loops to get ideas flowing and then replace them with my own sounds. But some of the loops are pretty good, and I'd like to keep them on some songs, in some form of shape... M |
