Hi all!
I'd like to buy any of those interfaces: M-Audio Audiophile USB or M-Audio FireWire 410 Minimal system requirements are G4 667 mhz (FireWire410) and G4 500 mhz (Audiophile). I use PowerMac G4 400 mhz. Can I hook up any of these interface? Will it run anyway? Maybe somebody has tried this stuff with G4 400mhz.. thanx in advance Rczj |

Hey... I was using a Mac 2ci @ a really sloooow speed with protools back in the early 90's... you can still make good music... its not the machine but the man... or woman.
You just need the idea... and the computer is the tool, consider a ferrari and mini minor both will get you where you need to go if you know the route. my humble advice is to focus on the music not the tools. best to all Andru |
