hi, i just bought a Dual 450 mhz processor G4 powermac on ebay for some the purpose of recording music. i need to know if it's an AGP graphics or PCI graphics computer? how do i figure this out? the reason i need to know this information is because i just got a digi 001 interface and i plan on running my 001 on a Mac, but now i'm worried because my friend that just sold me the 001 told me that not all macs work with the 001! when i went to the digi site for Compatibility Specs i found out that older Macs need to be AGP Graphics and not PCI Graphic powermacs. I have an older Graphics model Dual Processor 450 mhz, but i'm not sure what kind it is? any suggestions on how to figure this out? i really don't want to have to get another computer! thanks in advance for any advice.
and this is a MAC question and not anything else! |

Thank you soooo much lepetitmartien! that's exactly what i was looking for...if i had a PCI powermac i would have killed myself and the guy that sold it to me on ebay!!!
and yes, i know i'm lucky this is a mac site... i posted this same thing in the longlivethe001.com forum and the only guy to respond couldn't help because he's a PC guy. thanks again lepetitmartien, thanks a bunch! i love this forum!!!
