I've noticed that in the KEY COMMANDS window, there's an option to IMPORT KEY COMMANDS. Underneath that there's the option to COPY KEY COMMANDS TO CLIPBOARD. So I did. Then I pasted them into a Simple Text file. Then I altered one key command in Logic and tried to import the text file. But when you click ont the IMPORT KEY COMMANDS option, a window opens showing no text files.
My question: what sort of files is logic looking for? How do you export your KEY COMMANDS so that you can reimport them again later? ta -k- -------------------- Waiting on my new MacBook Pro

formatj is right,
to simplify his point, when you choose import key commands, just navigate to the song file that contains the key command/s that you want! they're automatically saved with the rest of the song's data. you "over-egged the pudding" with the simpletext stuff...
