Rode Nt1 Applications, is suitable for toms?

I know it's not a common use for this kind of mic, but is it doable without risks? thank you. -------------------- you wish!!!!

Will your dick fall off??? Only if your extremely unlucky. Will your mike explode? Not likely. So what's the risk. It might not sound as good as you like but that's what you have ears for. Worst case scenario.....it will sound bad.
