I used the 'bounce' button and all I have is a 'notepad' looking document identified as aiff., but no sound.
Peak 2.7 will load/recognize it, but no sound.
I'm running 9.4 with a pretty lean extension set.
No manuals (apps from ebay and half.com).
can someone tell me how to take a finished piece from logic 4.7 to CD? wink.gif

I don't know Unity very well, however, if you use ASIO with unity the audio signal will not get into logic. It will go directly to the outs of your interface bypassing logic.
When you 'bounce' to disc you need to have the audio signals passing through one of logic's outputs, where the bounce button is.
If you don't see a signal on these outputs you can't bounce it.

What are the other alternatives for sound output with Unity? Does it not support rewire for instance? If it does Logic supports this.

Otherwise if you open the Environment in Logic to the audio mixer layer and choose "New" you will see Internal>Unity DS-1.
Can you create one of these objects and use it to link the outs of Unity.

Let me know what the preferences are for Audio outs in Unity.

Also Unity's manual comes as a PDF. If there isn't a version for 2.1 on bitheadz website (as current version is 3.0) I'm sure they will send you one if you can send them proof that you bought it.
