Hi everyone I was wondering if someone knows that there is a software out there can edit a wav or a Mp3 file inorder to have the control, in a way that I can take out the singer's voice or this guitar sound or that drum beat .. something like that... thanks for your time ...

the best chance you have at removing these things from a completed mix is to use some filters and EQ... you may be able to notch out vocals or bass but its rudimentary in usefulness (some DJ's do this to isolate beats or sounds from samples) but you would need at least SoundEdit or better to do this and would takes lots of trial and error and may not produce the results you seek.
