Hey guys,
I hope someone can help me, I am pulling my hair out with frustration here. Let me explain.
I have Logic Pro 7 on an iMac G5 using OSX 10.3.9
I am using a few plugins like Trilogy, Supatrigger etc.. No problem. But when I try and install PSP Vintage warmer or BBE Sonic maximizer into the right folders, Logic will just not see them at all. Not even in the AU manager as "not working". Nothing, its like im putting them in the wrong folders or something.. I am putting them in the library/audio/plugins/vst folder, the components folder etc.. Not sure where else they should be going. Even running the install file, it puts them in the right place.. but no they wont appear or even get scanned by Logic??!?!?

What am I doing wrong? Can someone please help.
I need to do a mixdown for a release due tomorrow!

Thanks in advance,
HessBamboo

Yeah using the VST to AU wrapper isn't going to make Logic very happy but Logic is kinda picky about what it considers a stable plugin. which is good for stability but maybe not for compatibility. I would think that you can get updates of Trilogy that include's an AU version that Logic would accept. I don't know about BBE stuff and anything else you might be using. I know that I'm running a few plugins in Logic that I've forced through the AU Manager and haven't really run into problems but that's just been my experience and I've never used the VST to AU wrapper. I think it will probably be ok though if Logic isn't crashing when you are using the plugs although things could get iffy when you push your CPU to it's limits.
