Folks,

Well, I had LogicPro7.1 running solid on 10.3.9 - I just upgraded to Tiger - 10.4.1 and LogicPro won't even launch. It gets to the 'Checking memory buffers' part and just stops - the fans ramp up to max and that's it.
I've re-installed LogicPro several times - but still nothing.
I've upgraded the Delta1010LT drivers also and then re-installed LogicPro - still zilch.

Anyone got any ideas? Yes - besides going back to 10.3.9?

Everything else works - FCP, Soundtrack, LiveType etc. So what happened to Logic???

Help!

I have Logic Pro 7.1 running with Tiger 10.4.1 on a G5 dual 2.0 with 1.5 RAM and no problems. I do have 2 internal hard drives, one for the apps and one for songs. Check permissions and perhaps do disk repair. Make sure to use the Tiger disk. Also, go to system prefs, energy saver, options - make sure processor performance is on "highest".
