hi there,
I'm a proud owner of a G5 1.8GHz dp, 1.25GB memory running in OSX 10.35.
At the moment I've got 2 17"iiyama displays connected to my mac.
I was checking the net to find some advise regarding a 3rd or even 4th display in OSX...
So far no luck!!!
By the way...
i'm using protools 6.7cs4
So I would like to have
1 display showing the edit
1 display showing the mix
1 display showing plug-ins or RTAS window

Is somebody out there who can help me?
Please help...

NOTE: Macs support multiple display with the relevant hardware (video card) for centuries

Of course, you can have as many monitors as long as you have the video cards which can support them and it doesn't impair other PCI cards (if you use more than one card).

There's at least one MM user with 4 monitors… wink.gif Myself, I'd like a second one on my G5 very much… The original video card supports 2 monitors you need only to have the eventual adapter to plug the second (if you need one). And if you plan to play to Doom 3 you can even replace it by an expensive workhorse laugh.gif For normal use, it's just fine.
