Hiya...

was just wondering if anyone could recommend to me any hi quality drum sample packages to use in my home studio? I'm runnin a mac g4 with protools, looking for something a bit vintage and organic sounding.

cheers

HI,
I use BFD by FXPANSION, I think it is definitly the best, I have a g4 dual 800 with 1.5 gig ram.. and it works great... You won't get a more real sounding drum sampler. And it is awsome value for money.. $550 australian.. You will need another harddrive for the samples... But I have had a few very talented drummers in here and they can't beleive it is all sampled.. you can use preset midi grooves of which there are hundreds, or send it signals from v-drums.. anyway check out www.fxpansion.com JASON
