Hi, I'm new to the board, and also new to Logic 7.

I've loaded a 70min DJ mix into Logic, to tidy it up a bit. I've cut it up into the individual tracks, added some EQ and compression to brighten the sound up, and also added some automation on the volume to smooth it out.....

It's all done and saved but I am unsure what to do next. I want to save/burn the mix with the trackmarks (individual audio files) in place and also with the automation and EQ etc. that I put into it.

How do I do it?

Cheers.

How do i repair the permissions?

Use the Disc Utility. In the utilities folder.

Or download Onyx, a program to help with OS X maintenance.
