I have a problem with my Yamaha CBX-D3 (Harddisk recorder). Ny Mac tells me that the unit is not connected.
The problem is the communcation thru the midi connection. The Mac tells me that the device is not connected. The midiinterface works. The cables work. Do i need a special driver for this hardware? And where can i find a driver?? PLEASE HELP!!! |

Seem it's in OMS there's a problem. Have you double checked the config in OMS. If it's ok, then try a new config from scratch.
Are you sure the midi port of the cbx is working ? Upon the software, seem that the unit doesn't need additional software, I made a little wandering in the yamaha sites (go japan, there the site actually FIND it  ) not a lot of info (at least not in japanese) but seem to be no soft needed, none as far as I've seen in downloads… I checked also in the US and UE, but seem not to need anything…
