Hi, I need to switch my Coreaudio.framework (in system folder/frameworks) for another one...
I tried many ways such as booting in various mode but I cant seem to have the permission to replace this with a new one. Any suggestions?

thanks!

I thank you for the answer, but the problem is I'm a music maker, not as much of a system tweaker, but for now on, I think it's my only chance to start working with my new computer instead of being stuck with a CPU overloading Imac DV g3 500 Mhz. So, on my G4 dual 1.25 Gig, how do I launch the terminal? and could I type the exchange command wrote earlier while both computer are linked within a firewire local path?
Also, there is this permission problem, I'm the one who configured both of my computer and the permission to move a new Coreaudio.framework, which I had copied and then tried to replace with the other one, as been denied...but how can I not have the permission if I'm the only owner?????

thanks again!
sincerely
