Does anyone know of any reviews of Logic 7 on the web. I've read all the stuff on the apple website but im looking for something slightly less biased.

With all due respect you are wrong. The plug-in enabler does not work to enable AU plug-ins that have not been "fixed" by their respective developers. If you force enable the plug-ins from the enabler, Logic Pro 7 is completely unstable and will crash hard and often.

Again, the AU developers are months behind, because Apple hasn't communicated the fact that they were going to pull a bunch of b.s. when they released LP7. And some developers (Waves) are charging for AU updates that will work in LP7. That is total crap and it brought to you by the idiots at Apple.

Tech support is now going to cost $1200 a year - more than the price of the entire program. When you factor the update costs (5-6 $199 6-6 Pro $199 6 Pro-7Pro $299) for a bug-ridden piece of crap that doesn't work you are down at least $2200 plus tax ($1200 tech support + $697 updates for Logic + $300 Waves updates).

Doesn't seem like such a good deal anymore - does it?

Idiots.
