Folks,
Any pointers on where I would find a really comprehensive how-to on how to set up an MBox on the G4. I've got an Audiophile sound card and an MBox, and a set of Cambridge Soundworks powered speakers. I want to learn ProTools 6.x, which I have installed, but I can't quite figure out quite how to configure the Panther sound module with the hardware. thanks, Bond |

well, for pro tools, just make sure you have the latest version, plug in the mbox (into the mac, not a USB hub) and go.
To use other apps with your Digidesign hardware you must simply have the coreaudio driver installed, and selected in AudioMIDI setup (/Applications/Utilities) Make sure you have the latest coreaudio driver (6.5.2) for this too, as it is much better than the one that ships with versions prior to Pro Tools 6.4.
