Hello, I have a D-50, Motif 8, and QSR all hooked up to a Midi Express XT USB. I'm running DP4/OSX on a Titanium laptop. When I try to set-up the D-50 as an external controller for the sequencer - the transport doesn't see to respond. I can't figure out why though. All the commands are enabled and the app is definitely getting MIDI signal from the D-50. I've set the patch Thru to both Direct echo and Auto Channelize - to no avail. Any ideas?

Have you tried looking at the MIDI-monitorwindow in DP4 to see if you're getting midi into
DP4. Choose it from the "Studio menu". (page 205 in the manual).

Check page 119 in the manual on how to setup, the commands window in DP4.
