hello everybody i have a problem with my new ibook which i bought only 4 months ago...i'm using on it pratically only reason because i do the tracks recording and editing on another pc...well right now reason crash only after few minutes and at veryvery low cpu usage...i would like to reset all the system and reinstall osx optimizing it...does anyone could please teach!!me a good procedure??...i'm tyred to waist my money and time with third persons which i have to depend on!!!! smile.gif

Hello,
I would backup your User folders.
Re-install OS X, erasing the hard drive.
Run Software Update until is says all is updated, this may take a few restarts and runs of it.
Re-install all third party software and any updates for them.
Create new Users using the same exact names as you backed up.
Copy all important files back to disk.
