Hey!

Newbie here. I need to know how to use a mini disc recorder/player with my iMac. It's the original model, Bondi Blue, and I'm running OS 8.6. I can't seem to find the solution. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Brett

rolleyes.gif Well if you have an old i-Mac there should be no problem, you can use the internal audio input (mini jack) of the machine and enter your audio.

The only problem is that you can only play it but not import music unless you have a audio utility like Audacity or Soundforge or something similar.

I did that last month, connect my minidisc through the audio input push play and then record with Audacity and save the files as Wawe (you can later import in i-Tunes ) . The other way is also possible via the headphones jack (record some i-tunes into your minidisc)

Hope it helps !
