Hi everyone, Can someone help me ?? I have a Midiman Keystation 61 pluged to my G4 by USB port, follow an OK OMS/Freemidi config and finally reach Digital Performer 3, The DP3's "MIDI monitor" recive the midi signal from the Keystation : the little light answer to the pressed notes. The problem is, I can't do any midi recording with the Keystation controller. The input is set to "Keystation series" and the output is set to a wathever sound module (say QuickTime, for the example) and the track is enabled for Record; if I drag the cursor on the Midi edit window's littl' vertical notes, I can ear the sounds, but with the controller... nothing ! I know it's possible to record a midi track with a contoller, even USB driven, on DP3, is'nt ??? Did somebody recognise this trouble ????

Hi motumacman,
I use both : Freemidi is in slave mode, controlled by OMS studio setup. It is the way given by Midiman. Also, everything is up to date : Freemidi, OMS and the Midiman's Keystation drivers.

I have de pleasure to announce this problematic solved now ! Here's the solution's steps : - Trash the preferences folder of Digital Performer 3 (located in the preferences folder of the system folder). - Start DP3. - Go to "Essential / Input Filter" menu. - Press the "All" button, at the bottom of the menu's window, to select all the checkboxes. - Press OK. - Now it will work ! I also notice a better CPU performance with the "Multi-Recording" option enabled. Hope this help :-)
