Wanna Get On A Record?..., MacMusic CD Options

Sounds familiar?...
Well... Some of our French members came up with a crazy idea (yes, Frogs can be crazy too).
We are about to release a CD to support MacMusic. All the big big $ made with it will go directly to MacMusic.
If some of you englishmen, americans, australians, tahitians, whateverians could participate, that would be good news !
So basically, the idea is to give away one of your audio treasure (I mean a song, an instrumental...) knowing you won't get paid in return. Ain't that exciting?...(who said NO?!...). You will of course remain the only owner of all rights regarding this piece of work.
If you're interested (and know how to write a song), please send me an email.

Yeah, Mr. T, I pretty well imagine you'll be receiving an offer or two to use some stuff I was involved in one way or another. Mebbe you will know it has "Levon River" connected with it, mebbe you won't. Mebbe you will be able to tell whether it was done in PT or not, mebbe you won't.

Either way, I think yer CD idea is a hit! I'll be in line to buy one.

I'll check those songs anyway, but some unreleased stuffs would be even greater !
We were also thinking (thinking frogs...what a strange world...) that MP3 should be avoided... All candidates can send me the original files via email (since attachements are not possible via the site, send me an email and I'll get back to you so that you'll get my private email).
Now... What about the others??!!... Come on guys, I'm sure there are plenty of talented freaks on this board!! Don't be shy! Keep it coming!

Is there a deadline for finished songs? I'd be happy to come up with something (good or bad is for you to decide!) but how long have I got?

I would say about a week or two...or three?... many people have replied but it takes time to receive all of the CD's or emails... and when it's done, I'll still have to perform a little mastering of the whole thing (mostly levelling and creation of the playlist).
I repeat, for those interested, keep me posted via email.
