Hello;
I have Imac with 4 Gig, Logic Pro 8.02, Ram and two external La Cie Hard Drives(800 speed). I've been using it for less tha a year, and suddenly audio clicks are recorded. I have TC Electronics Konnect24D, with Presonus preams attached through ADAT pipe Everything is set ok, in link, and I steel get these clicks.
Someone told me that the LaCie Hardrives should be formatted before using them, for Mac computers, otherwise, this kind of things could happen.
Thanks

Toño Castillo

As the set up was worikng fine for quite some time, I think the cause is elsewhere. The only rationalization I can make would be the drive are far too fragmented and so it shows only now.

Have a look at the mapping of the drives using techtool or diskwarrior (have a look, don't "touch"). or other tools to "see the file placement on the drives.

If it seems the cause after scrutation, move the files elsewhere, format the drive, copy back the files and check out.

On another wavelength, have you change something at the time the clicks started? Like update something, change the driver…
