I am looking for a site that I can use to hire/find musicians to work on my songs.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

http://digitalmusician.net is a good searchable site that is free with lots of interesting collab tools and interesting musicians from around the world (check out mcfproject, drito or yutakayutaka.

Also esession.com .. amazing access to pro's (engineers, musician's like Elliott Randall from Steely Dan, Andy Kravitz who played on Billy Joel/Shawn Colvin projects. Each member lists their recording DAW's, bio's and remarkably affordable rates....
good luck,
Mak

Here's another great site that focuses on online musician-for-hire services: studiotraxx.com. They have over 1,500 musicians available for virtual work. Alot of pro's, berklee grads, etc. Surprisingly, many of these people are -VERY- affordable. I just came across them on the Mix Magazine site.
