A friend lent me his (unused for AGES) tb-303 for few days ..

When a pattern is running, i can hear a small "click" at the begining of each played note.. doesn't matter if the the master volume is at ZERO or higher, the click volume is always the same..

Don't think about a groundloop problem as the click follows BPM changes..

This tb-303 has been modified to work with a kenton box (which i don't have).. there is 5 mini-jack plugs on the rear.

Here are two mp3s, much more noticeable on the 82 :

And here is the mp3 of a "normal" tb-303 :

Got an idea ?

Thanks

An old condo somewhere?
Envelope issue ?

Now, this 303 way sound like that, not two sound the same and the bag may be a "feature".

As it's been moded it can also be a consequence, but I lack experience in this regard so better to left to 303 specialists who know the mods.

My 2 cents.
