Dan010, have you trash the pref file of onyx? It did some mess here (no window for onyx) but after worked like a charm. Changes from 10.4.4 to 10.4.5 are "anecdotic" so the problem must have been much more stupid. Relaying some input from the French forum: - DP 4.5 and 4.6 are ok - Logic express 7.1 and pro tools 7cs4 LE with DIGI 002 and G5 2X1.8, ok - MOTU 896HD seems to refuse to work with Logic 7.1.1 (we work on it, we're not sure it's not something else) Also, users of Logic who have still not updated using the Apple Pro Support update should really do so

"Dano10, have you trash the pref file of onyx?" No. Now that I've calmed down, I realize that would be a good move. It was just that I was so damned angery and when I found out what was causing the problem I NUKED IT! and laughed out loud. I had beaten the box. Now DP 4.6.1 and everything else have is running fine on my Dual 2.5Ghz G5 DANO10
