Something just dawned on me in refference to the Mbox. No Midi, this really isn't a broblem though since I have a midi-man 2x2 and a USB hub that I run everything through to my Ibook. Have I answered my own question with this one or no? Basically I'm thinking that I can run midi through the midi-man and Audio through the m-box. Any thoughts, am I correct with my assumption?

I hate to say this but I beleive thats the same problem my friend is having. I'm pretty sure the Mbox does not like other interfaces midi or otherwise. I can ask him more but, its because of this that hes selling me his iBook. I remeber him coming in to work everday just flustered beyond repair over getting the mbox to work right with other interfaces. I will see him today and can ask him.

To answer the question "Can I run midi-man and Mbox together?" ... you should be able to do this depending on the midi-man interface. For example I run a Digi001 and it only has one midi port. I also use in conjunction with that a Roland UM-2 which is a 2 port USB midi interface. I have had sessions in ProTools LE (comes with Mbox) where I have used both the Digi001 midi port and Roland UM-2 midi ports as well. They all work as long as you set up your ports and such in OMS properly. Hope that helps.
