Cubase Studio Case 2 Help!, instructions are uselss Options

Ive just bought studio case 2 and the cubase se works fine its just the virtual instruments that come bundled are not working ... Ive run the installation and try and open them within cubase but only 3 show up in the pull down menu (guitarist, Groove and bassist) however it tells me to reinstall them and they cant be found. The other ones HALion, Grand and Dcota are nowhere to be seen. Im new to home recording and computer music so i dont have the knowledge to know what to do ... Help me please

After being a longtime cubase user i have removed all Steinberg products from my Macs, they work fine on PC(hint!)
