I have an ibook os X and need the firewire interface for a hard drive. It's only me recording one thing at a time so don't need a lot of inputs going at once.
Can any recommend a single interface box that includes the following:
xlr with phantom power instrument input for guitar and keyboards midi input
If you can recommend something that you use that has all these features and works well. . .thanks!

Lexicon Omega has these features plus the famous Lexicon reverb package. It's working well for me so far.

I bought the M-Audio Mobile Pre...
Nice box...sometimes a bit of conflict between Core-audio and the driver. Especially when I switch between apps. But def. woth its money.
My box came with adapted versions of Ableton Live 4 and Reason 2.5.
[edit]Oops sorry has no midi input[/edit]
