I am having problems synching between Loigc Express 6 and Reason 2.5.

I am using Mac G5 1.6 (single) with Audiophile 24/96 soundcard, standard drive etc. Also I am using Dual Sony monitors (just incase it's a graphics thing.

Firstly, when using Reason by itself it is not always very stable- some tracks do not run in time and there are some horrible v. loud cracks (whichi is amazing for my brand new monitors.....not!)

i occasionally get an error message in Logic 'sync audio and midi...'.

Does anybody have any suggestions, as I know the G5 is up to the job, there are not even that many tracks running......and most are only midi anyway.

I had the loud crackling and was told that it was due to buffer settings. After playing around with the Buffer settings its started working fine. not sure about the sync prob as mine have rewired perfectly.

are you running tiger? I cannot rewired reason3 with cubasesx3 at all and the only new thing in my system is tiger 10.4.1, the people at propellerheads have no idea about it and cubase is coming out with an update for august 05. It seems tiger has caught up many people by surprise.
