Hello There! Wow am i glad you guys are there for me... Please help! Well, i just got a b&w G3 w/ OSX & OS 9.2 on it. I installed my trusty old AMIII and the mac crashed! Then i took the T.O.AMIII out, and disabled lots of extensions and then rebooted him and he seemed fine! But then, i reinstalled PTs and then he wouldn't reboot anymore! btw, PTs wanted to know if I had an INIT on me... so i read on the DD website that i need "firmware" maybe, and that firmware doesn't like OSX on the b&w. Is this true? If so, then should i dis-install OSX, and if so, then HOW? I'm really scared of the inner workings of computers and fear that i will throw out the wrong trousers so to speak, and then i'll be in deep sh. All i really need on my G3 is PTs and a photo programme... Thanking you in advance gif_silver
